Where it Started

Eatchu have been producing and serving their award winning dumplings in Bristol since 2016. Their stall in St Nicks Market has been keeping the lunchtime crowds happy all that time, serving gyoza with rice and noodles from Monday to Saturday.

Dumplings and Beer

Summer 2022 saw the launch of Eatchu’s second venue, this time at the Wiper and True Old Market Taproom. Serving lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday with a broader menu of Japanese street food treats alongside the dumplings, all enjoyed with Wiper and True’s incredible selection of Bristol beers. 

The Dumpling Factory

From their prep kitchen in St Philips, Eatchu are now supplying their high quality locally made gyoza to a growing roster of restaurants in Bristol and Cardiff. The Dumpling Factory doubles up as our Deliveroo Kitchen from Thursday to Sunday.
